Hi, I am really bad at counting calories, would you say this sample diet, forward portions are controlled,is linking 1200 and 1500 calories?
Breakfast
old designed Oatmeal 1 serving, ½ cup of apple sauce Teaspoon of smart balance and 2 teaspoons of splenda
Lunch
2 eggs over smooth 1 hew turkey 1 oz low fat mozzarella cheese
Afternoon snack – 15 cashews
Dinner 1 ration of Cowardly Broccoli casserole (contains alfredo condiment, broccoli, carrots, chicken, mozzarella cheese)Sugar free
