ooh i have the perfect answer! i call it "the fruit and veg diet (+ i portion of protein after exercise)
basically, the rules are:
- eat only fruits and vegetables
- around 6 small portions per morning
- 8 cups of water per day (helps you feel full, and prevents eating from boredom)
- 30-60mins exercise per day
- have one portion of protein after games (protein helps repair muscles, and prevents injury of muscle weight)
