I'm diet at 1500 calories a day, since I read this is the recommended least calories a man should eat per day.
However, I'm finding it hard to reach my 1500 calories most years.
I eat six times a day: meal, snack, lunch, repast, dinner, snack.
I never allow my snacks to be over 100 calories (usually they're just at 100 calories, like a 100 calorite granola bar or a snack packet).
As for my meals, I eat oatmeal within the morning which usually totals to about 160 calories and fills
