Is eating 1500 work unit diet suitable for me?

Yeah its hygienic... 1500 hundred is good... This is what I eat... In the morning perhaps any porridge.. Go rear. Start that metabolism... 2-3 work time later maybe a sanwhich with a fruit... And earlier i estimate I serving some protien and station work out 2 scoops of protien.. And before I sleep partly a scoop of protien.. All for dinner.. Eat broccoli... Or numerous spinach..
