Julia's plan (February 04, 2010): Breakfast (454 calories): 2 slices of whole grain bread 1 scrambled egg (join in some veggies to spice it aweigh) 1 orange 1 cup of beverage Snack (209 calories): 1 award of strawberries 1 tbsp of slivered almonds 1 non-fat yogurt Lunch (318 calories): Tuna wrap (with entire wheat plaster, 2 oz tuna, 1 oz of fat-free cheese, 1 tsp of muted mayo, & As many veggies that you privation) A haunch dish with vinaigrette dressing Afternoon Snack (207 calories): 2
