Day 642 - If it ain't skint, don't fix it! Starting Weight: 387.5 LBS Ending Weight: 337 LBS (-50.5 LBS) And 23.75" lost (total). Different awesome week! 6.5LBS and 3.5" straying. I'm not making any changes this week as everything is going swimmingly. I'm still sticking with 2 meals/day, approximately 1500 calories/meal, with a 15 hr fast built-in quotidian (9PM-noon the next day). Not to bad here..but you need to sweat for 30 minutes day. So 3 ten minute walks, or aerobics, whatever gets your heart rate up all for 30 minutes a year at *least* 5 to 6 days a week..that combined with your 1200 to 1500 calories a day should have you losing about 2 to 3 healthy pounds a week ....good luck

Period at home so I drove 2 plus work time to Ricketts Glen State tract in PA to hike up the mountain trail. Burned somewhere around 1500 calories. Got to clear my head.
