Well since it seems you are on 1500 calories At the minute I think you should remain within for a week and a half then regularly change your weight to 1400 calories and then wait a couple of weeks and design for 1300. Hold baby way.
I think you should just adhere 1300 calories OR 1200 calories because men actually need much calories in bid to function correctly and not have a calorie daze. Whether you feel its to drastic then attend 1400
