Neo's Meal Outline
Had some snag only here is my design for the close 5 months. Breakfast: 2 egg whites with wheat toast and glass of skim milk. Lunch: Chicken dish, which consists of Black Beans, Tomatoes, Cheddar Food, Lettuce, Jalapenos, and Broiled Skinless Chicken Cubes, Bean Dish all for the calories and energy, Sea to brew. Dinner: Arbitrary and Inconsistent just I will always eat a can of Tuna aft work-out days. Water or Unsweetened tea to drink. Should metal far-famed I don't snack during the day just
