i went from eating maybe 100-500 calories a day all for well over 2 or 3 years, to eating around 1500, sometimes more.
I have not gained 1 lb!
im lazy once it comes to the gym too. Its almost finding the right balance for your thing, if you do gain weight, you know to return a little. If you're losing weight you need to learn to try and add more, although its easier stated than finished.
