Starting a Liquid Diet - Shakes, Whey Powder, Protein, Multivitamin
Just talking roughly my modern juice diet attempt. Gonna try all for 3 days lacking 'solid' food, relying next to mostly shakes and drink mixes, sea, etc. I'm shopping now for a mix I can make myself so that I can hit my 1500-2000 calorie a afternoon goal, minus all of the sweetener and bullshit. I hope to reach a tine where I can also stir up fruit and opposite goodies into my mix. I idea to reintroduce solid feed presently, though I hope to put out for 2-3 days. But right now I'm testing to
