Mango and Pome added to skimmed milk, your fav protein powder added and blended, have as a shake or add to your Muesli, makes for a high protein, flooding fibre breakfast and amazingly tasteless to make. better than purchase those yogurt pots with Muesli... this is just what the doctor ordered.
