Is this the right fare drawing for me?

neat......except i would globule many of the protein and carbs.....only eat what is reccomended. ummm......definetly do some yoga. all for snacks, take like a handful of nuts or a peach. make sure you are not wasting all Ur calories on breakfast. and once u r retired and about, make sure to have a sound snack like a granola bar to eat when you're ravenous and location are fast food places all around. definetly talk to city doc, tho. ummm and crunches hustle ups and sit ups are good but don't do
