Is this the rightly fare plan for Maine?

fine i'm to rubbishy to ask the professionals so i'll ask you? i'm a 27 year old missy i'm 6ft and weight 270 pounds. i'm hoping to lose at least 70 to 100 pounds. i've dropped my fare to 1200 to 1500 calories a daytime (a good mix of vegetables, fruits, carbs and protein) and i've started doing 3 days a week 45 minute immensity training and Traditional exercise (crunches, push ups, ect.) and 3 days a week half hour aerobic dance sweat out. but so far i've only straying 4 pounds within a week
