Workout plan to get lean abs, is this alright? Please counsel :)?

Im 5"5 asian, I weigh 141 lb with 22% body fat percentage.

Ive rightful started employed out a month ago, but it wasnt crucial just 1-2 times a week. I wanna start doing serious business here, hence here is my plan.

Im on a low carb 1500 calories diet

Monday, Thursday, Sunday
Upper body exertion, chest, biceps and sit ups, 12 reps 3 sets. Minimal weights as I just started.

Tuesday, Friday
Inferior article exercise, thighs, legs, 12 reps 3 sets, again minimal weights

Wednesday
