I have wasted about 8-9 pounds since i started taking this its been almost 2 weeks and i feel it has helped not only loose cargo just it helps me with all my workouts more energy and faster results. Im winning this shake near the 1500 Calorie meal plan As well as working out leastwise 5 times a week cardio/weights.i bought this astatine GNC all for $30 and the second all for $15 i would afford it 10/10 the vanilla bean is my favorite flavor :)
