Low Calorie Diet Plan?

I metal also by a low calorie diet correct now. It's pretty easy as long as you stay away from the flooding calorie foods. I'm a vegetarian which makes it easier because most vegetables are low in calories, particularly compared to meat. Present is what i eat for most meals:

Breakfast - 2 egg whites and fruit; food and fruit; whether 'soy sausage'.
