Workout plan?

So I've been trying to timbre uphill, since my tummy/thighs hold gotten fat and my bmi is 25.2 . I've put myself on a low-carb 1500 work unit diet. And I've started going to the gym. Element the gymnasium I did:

200 crunches
30 minutes against elliptical
10 account on pushbike, all for a hot upward
10 minutes on way, lead to its each I can handle
60 hep abductions
60 informed adductions
40 leg curls
